All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the event organizers.
All Standard stall (being 3m x 3m or 3m x 6m) will be removed by the event organiser.
Exhibitors are responsible for the setup and dismantling of their own custom made stands within the allocated times.
Any damage to the venue or equipment provided will be the exhibitor's responsibility.
Cancellations must be made at least 60 days in advance for a full/partial refund (please specify the refund policy).
